Cancellation Policy
Classes may be cancelled without penalty 4 hours before evening classses. Classes cancelled outside of this window are considered a "late cancel" Late cancels with a class pass results in a lost credit for that class.

If you are unable to attend a registered class, make sure you cancel online, even if it is outside the cancellation window. If you cannot attend a class, we may be able to give this spot to a dancer on the waitlist. This helps for a better experience for all, enabling as many dancers to attend class as possible.

Waitlist Protocol
If you are on a waitlist for a class, you will receive an email or text notification if a spot becomes available in the class. Your may be added up to 2 hours before the class starts. If you are on the fence about attending based on your spot on the waitlist, it is your responsibility to remove yourself if need be.

Reserving a Spot
Reserving a spot in class always requires prepayment (unless you have already purchased a multiclass pass). We cannot hold a spot for someone without receiving payment. This helps to keep things fair on a first paid, first confirmed basis.

Minimum Age
Dancers must be 14 years or older to attend classes. Anyone under 18 must have a parent/guardian sign the waiver for them.
